【工作内容】
- 负责公司产品的整体研发项目管理，确保项目按时按质完成。
- 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间表、预算、资源分配等，并对项目进行有效的监控和控制。
- 协调跨部门团队，确保所有成员明确了解项目目标和任务，推动项目的顺利实施。
- 与客户进行沟通，了解客户需求，及时反馈项目进度，解决项目执行过程中的问题。
- 对项目风险进行评估和预防，制定应对策略，降低项目风险。
- 定期向上级汇报项目进展，提供详细的数据分析报告。
【任职要求】
- 10年及以上非标自动化行业机械研发项目管理经验，具备良好的项目管理知识和技能，熟悉项目管理工具，如MS Project等。
- 拥有优秀的领导力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
- 能够独立思考，解决问题能力强，有较强的抗压能力。
- 熟悉产品开发流程，能够快速适应各种工作环境。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够与国际团队进行有效沟通。
- 不限工作经验，但有相关行业经验者优先考虑。
61 Lead and direct a group of multifunction engineers responsible for sustaining the product.
61 Responsible for all sustaining activities including design enhancements, and implementation at both factory and customer sites.
61 Interfaces with supplier, internal and external customers on product engineering and manufacturing issues.
61 Manage day to day operation of supplier and customer issues and enhancements within engineering group.
61 Provide support to supply chain and operation teams on engineering-related issues.
61 Follow up on documentation release include drawings and BOM, WI & T&A, FAT and Quality gap closure.
61 Works with functional engineers and supplier to deliver results for technical projects and ability to filter relevant information for the right audience.
61 Provide leadership and prioritizes work aligned to business unit strategy.
61 Able to run the program independently, orchestrate and lead multi-site integration meetings.
61 Performs other duties as assigned.
61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related field preferred.
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
61 Minimum 5-10 years of experience preferably in semiconductor industry in Die Bonding.
61 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management role in a matrix environment.
61 Technical strengths in at least one technical function, ideally mechanical / system related
61 Good communication skills, strong team player, able to work and manage multi-discipline teams.
61 Good knowledge of semiconductor backend products and comfortable with working in customer sites.
61 Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and machine configurator is a must.
61 Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
61 Willingness to work as part of a global engineering team with offices in Singapore, US, Europe and Asia; ability to travel internationally.
61 Able to work with all levels.
