Job Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed. 3. Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including delays, errors, and returns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Manage big deals & critical orders and handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Proven experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related field. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using order management systems and office software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 9. Good data analysis skill is preferred. 10. Fluent Japanese and good English is required.
