Job Describe:
The Technical Lead, IT Solutions is a member of a team that providestechnology solutions to corporate end-users in the Membership businessportfolio.
This position is responsible for the compilation, review, and analysis of userrequirements. Working as part of the solutions team, he/she will compiledetailed requirements based on discussions from requirements analysisworkshops, documented requirements, and legacy specifications. The positionwill work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the requirements can befulfilled to meet expectations. He/she needs to effectively identify changesand communicate them clearly to stakeholders for buy in.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 8 years of IT work experience, 2 years of IT project management experience, familiar with C #. net technology;
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, expression, and analytical skills;
4. Excellent ability to identify and solve problems;
5. Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems;
6. Able to establish strong working relationships with internal IT and business managers, and must be a team collaborator;
7. Fluent in Cantonese, English: CET-6， Oral communication can facilitate simple communication.
