Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the publishing and media industry to expand customers. - Break down the sales task targets and adjust the camp sales strategy when appropriate to fulfill the sales target tasks. - Understand customer needs and propose solutions for the transportation of books, media products. - Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, including communication, business negotiate with customers. - Coordinate internally with the other teams to ensure delivery of customer commitments. - Responsible for developing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, tracking customer satisfaction and business continuity metrics. - Analyze sales data and market feedback, provide market intelligence and competitive intelligence, and provide recommendations for the company to develop sales plans and business decisions.
Job Requirements - College degree or above; - 3-5 years sales experience in freight forwarding, especially in Media and books handling , in-depth understanding of publishing and media industry, with direct customer resources and connections - CET 6 or above, proficient in English communication; - Independently and autonomously develop project customers, complete the negotiation, program, contract signing and other work of the project, and develop logistics solution ability; - Skilled in the use of office software. - High team work spirit and coordination ability
