Purpose and scope of role: The IT Technical Business Analyst for the Enterprise Integration. The role is responsible for gathering, review and analysis user/system requirements to ensure that requirements can be fulfilled by technical solution teams. He will support IT Program Manager to manage the requirement pipeline, prepare analysis and requirement specifications, define epic and user story. Participate in the technical solution design collaborating across the Club’s key functional areas, such as Product Owner, Architecture, Security, Development, Testing, Infrastructure and Operations, brining in the highest value in each Release/Sprint, and meeting the expectations of the Business and Project Sponsors. Key accountabilities 1. Prepare and document system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Work closely with the project stakeholder, business requirement team and development team during the system requirements analysis and design stage. 2 . Work with architecture and application development teams members to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and decompose them into modular requirements that can be rapidly delivered to the business and users 3. Coordinate the preparation of the project pre-sales, including cost and effort estimation. Determine project delivery schedule and support funding approval for business and IT initiatives. 4. Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master when the project is delivered in an Ability Framework. Work closely with the Product Owner and Project Manager, prepare Product backlog with a set of Epics, User Stories and Tasks in ou Atlassian suite of products. Support the Scrum Teams to understand the requirements during the Agile delivery 5. Develop in–depth knowledge in business process and system architecture; and technical skills relating to technology within the project. Qualifications 1. University degree ,At least 6 years of hands on experience in system requirement analysis with proven record in system requirement management in IT or Change Management department. 2. Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English with ability to present ideas in a professional manner. 3.Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into system processes and collecting functional and non-functional system requirements. 4. Familiar with system development life cycle, change management and project management activities. 6.Dynamic person. Adaptive and fast to absorb business domain knowledge and system architecture. 7.Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills. 8.Knowledge derivative product trading business is an advantage. 9.Knowledge on Atlassian suite, such as JIRA and Confluence.
