What you will be doing: We are seeking a IT Application Lead with expertise in Project Management, Business Analysis, Oracle ERP solutions, and Data Analytics to join our dynamic IT team. This role will analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly in Supply Chain Procurement domains. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process optimization, and a Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in providing solutions in Supply Chain areas. Business Analysis & Process Mapping 61 Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate process inefficiencies into Oracle ERP solutions. 61 Conduct end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency. 61 Develop functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams. 61 Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle ERP capabilities. ERP Implementation & Solution Development 61 Design and implement Oracle ERP solutions for Procurement, Advanced Pricing, , Warehouse and Finance modules. 61 Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications. 61 Lead configuration, customization, and enhancements to Oracle ERP applications. 61 Collaborate with technical teams for SQL/PL-SQL scripting, APIs, and Web Services integrations. Project Management 61 Responsible for application deliverables of system development and enhancement project 61 Prepare system test plans and create testing scenarios to ensure functionality being created and delivered meets user needs and quality standards 61 Help to execute all testing phases required prior to implementation 61 Engage users to adopt new systems and processes by preparing high quality training materials and providing user training 61 Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices. Support and Data Analytics 61 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP systems. 61 Optimize system performance and resolve complex business problems. 61 Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices. 61 Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation. 61 Collaborate on data analytics initiatives by refining data quality, optimizing data pipelines, and delivering accurate insights to support strategic business decisions 61 Build system integration by retrieving data from Oracle EBS, Sharepoint and Smartsheet
Technical Skills: 61 Proficiency in Oracle ERP tools – EBS R12, Oracle Fusion, SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, iSupplier. 61 Experience integrating Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems. 61 Understanding of Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI Publisher, Power BI, SharePoint and Smartsheet 61 Exposure to middleware platforms (OIC, Workato, etc.) for ERP integrations.
Soft Skills: 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex issues. 61 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 61 Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams. 61 Change management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 61 Skilled in relational database design and data modeling principles Minimum Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field. 61 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, working with Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion). 61 Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and automation. 61 Strong background in Procurement-to-Pay and iSupplier solutions. 61 Hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse and Finance modules 61 Project management experience in applications development 61 Proficient in data mining, data analysis, reporting, and data integration Techniques 61 Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications: 61 Oracle Certifications in ERP modules. 61 Experience with Agile methodologies. 61 Knowledge in o9, OneStream, SharePoint, Smartsheet 61 PMP Qualification
