Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the Integrated Service team, including reorganization, training, and daily operations. 2. Plan, organize, and execute student events and activities. 3. Coordinate with internal teams and other departments within the institute. 4. Collaborate with participating universities on student management. 5. Work with industry partners on student co-supervision matters. 6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and the institute leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1. A master's degree. 2. At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or the education industry. 3. Patient, responsible, and passionate about team management. 4. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 5. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset. 6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
