Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the development, approval, promotion, and publicity of student organizations, clubs, and student unions within the department. 2. Oversee major departmental events, such as festival celebrations, orientations, and exhibitions. 3. Assist in resolving student concerns and issues. 4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1. A Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Relevant work experience is preferred especially in event planning and organization. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly dependable. 5. Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
