职位描述 Job Description.
1. 销售目标设定与达成: Sales Target Setting and Achievement:
依据公司战略目标,为欧洲重点客户(主要大众汽车,宝马汽车)制定年度销售计划与目标,并确保推动内部团队有效执行相关计划目标.
Based on the company's strategic goals, formulate annual sales plans and targets for key European customers (mainly Volkswagen and BMW), and ensure that the internal team is driven to effectively execute the relevant program objectives.
2. 客户关系维护与拓展: Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion:
与欧洲重点客户(主要大众汽车,宝马汽车)建立并维持长期稳定的合作关系,积极挖掘新的欧洲重点客户资源,寻找潜在合作机会,不断扩大公司在欧洲市场客户群体.
Establish and maintain long - term and stable cooperative relationships with key European customers (mainly Volkswagen and BMW). Actively explore new key European customer resources, seek potential cooperation opportunities, and continuously expand the company's customer base in the European market.
3. 项目管理与实施:Project Management and Implementation:
负责欧洲大客户项目的全程管理,协调公司内部各部门资源,确保项目在技术支持、产品供应及售后服务等方面顺利推进.
Be responsible for the full-process management of key European customer projects. Coordinate resources from various internal departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of projects in terms of technical support, product supply, and after-sales service.
4. 市场分析与情报收集:Market Analysis and Intelligence Collection:
密切关注欧洲新能源市场动态、行业趋势及竞争对手情况,收集并分析相关市场情报,包括市场规模、增长趋势、客户需求变化、竞争对手产品及销售策略等.
Closely monitor the dynamics of the European EV market, industry trends, and competitor situations. Collect and analyze relevant market intelligence, including market size, growth trends, changes in customer needs, competitors' products, and sales strategies.
5. 产品推广与解决方案提供:Product Promotion and Solution Provision:
深入了解公司产品特性、技术优势及应用领域,结合欧洲市场需求与客户特点,制定有针对性的产品推广方案及销售策略.
Thoroughly understand the company's product characteristics, technical advantages, and application fields. Combine European market demands and customer characteristics to develop targeted product promotion plans and sales strategies.
6. 跨部门协调与合作:Cross - departmental Coordination and Cooperation:
作为与欧洲客户沟通的主要桥梁,与公司内部研发、生产、供应链、质量等部门紧密合作,确保产品质量、交付及服务满足大客户要求.
As the main bridge for communication with European customers, closely cooperate with internal departments such as R & D, production, supply chain, and quality control to ensure that product quality, delivery, and service meet the requirements of key customers.
职位要求 Job Requirements
1.教育背景:Educational Background:
本科及以上学历,材料学、市场营销、英语或德语等相关专业优.
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in materials, marketing, English or German etc. being preferred.
2.工作经验: Work Experience:
需具备5-6年以上欧美汽车零部件行业销售经验,Tier-1汽车零部企业销售主管工作经验,拥有成功开发及管理全球汽车OEM大客户项目经验者优先
At least 5 - 6 years of sales experience in the EU or NA automotive parts industry. Candidates with experience as a sales supervisor in a Tier-1 automotive parts and those with successful experience in developing and managing global automotive OEM customer projects will be preferred.
3.专业知识: Professional Knowledge:
熟悉欧洲汽车OEM行业业务发展趋势. 同步能够了解新能源汽车的产品知识和市场动态,了解行业发展趋势及技术创新方向者优先.
Familiar with the business development trends of the European automotive OEM industry. Those who also understand the product knowledge and market dynamics of new energy vehicles, as well as the industry development trends and technological innovation directions, will be preferred.
4.销售能力&市场开发能力: Sales and Market Development abilities:
具备出色的销售技巧和商务谈判能力,能够独立完成销售项目的策划、组织与实施。具有敏锐的市场洞察力和市场开拓能力,能够发现潜在的市场机会和客户需求,制定有效的市场开拓策略并付诸实践.
Possess excellent sales skills and business negotiation capabilities, and be able to independently plan, organize, and implement sales projects. Have keen market insight and market development ability, be able to identify potential market opportunities and customer needs, and formulate and implement effective market development strategies.
5. 团队合作&抗压能力: Teamwork and Stress - resistance abilities:
具备良好的团队协作能力以及沟通协调能力,能够承受较大工作压力和销售业绩考核压力。
Have good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills, and be able to withstand high work pressure and sales performance assessment pressure.
6.其他要求: Other Requirements:
具备洲际商务出差经验,能够适应频繁的洲际出差,熟悉全球大客户的人际交往 ,英语能力为日常工作语言(懂德语更佳)男女不限.
Have experience in intercontinental business trips, be able to adapt to a frequent intercontinental travel, be familiar with the interpersonal communication of global key customers. English should be the working language (German proficiency being preferred). Gender is not restricted.
