The primary responsibility for this role is for R&D Processing development.

*Roles & responsibilities
1.New process technology development in align with process technology roadmap.
2.New product manufacture process development and qualification through the NPD milestones.
3.work as core team player for NPD project and complete the relevant work package.
4.Lead VAVE project assigned by line leader

*Skills & experience 技巧与经验
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or industrial Engineering or a related field
-At least 5 years of experience at high precision industry or automotive components new product manufacture process development or relevant
-In-depth knowledge of relevant components manufacture technology such as molding; stamping; different parts joint technology; potting etc
-Operational experience/skills of DOE; DFMEA; PFMEA;GR&R
-Familiar or experience with automation process development and qualifications
-Project management skills and practice ,years of mechanical part design experience is a plus.
-Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing/innovation company.
-Good Communication capability and team spirit.
-Accommodate occasional travel
