职位描述
1. **Strategic Account Management:**
- Retain and expand relationships with existing key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop customized logistics solutions (air/ocean freight, overseas warehousing) aligned with client-specific pain points (e.g., supply chain resilience, cost optimization, ESG compliance).
2. **New Business Development:**
- Prospect and onboard new clients in target industries (high-tech, solar,
automotive, battery) by leveraging market insights and demonstrating value-driven logistics expertise.
- Build a robust pipeline through networking, industry events, and partnerships.
3. **Industry Expertise:**
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding the unique logistics challenges of high-tech (e.g., time-sensitive shipments), solar (e.g., oversized cargo), and battery (e.g.,hazardous material compliance) sectors.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine service offerings based on market trends.
4. **Performance Leadership:**
- Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets for both existing and new
accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. **Market Intelligence:**
- Monitor competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform strategy.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in key account management/business development within international
logistics (air/ocean freight required).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients in high-tech, solar, automative or battery industries.
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (English & Mandarin fluency required).
- Willingness to travel within South China and internationally.
**Preferred Attributes:**
- Existing network of decision-makers in target industries.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or digital logistics platforms.
