Academic and CAIE Examinations Officer MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Scheduling and communication of daily schedule, arrangement of daily classes, examination timetables and room plans. Submission of CAIE entries, accurately and on time Working closely with the International Principal and advising on all academic matters. Ensuring efficient management and supervision of the exam room environment Management of Managebac systems for all staff for student reporting, data entry, reports and results communication process Liaison with all staff with regards to invigilation expectations, exam rooming and timetables Oversight and smooth running of all internal and external exams Direction and training of staff assisting during exam period Responding to students’ and parents’ enquiries with regards to exams and general academic matters. Managing the examinations budget effectively Coordinating with CAIE regarding all academic matters, applications for examinations etc.
Arrangements Leading all academic matters in relation to CAIE, reports, GPA transcripts. Leading training to advise staff of examination procedures and policies. Providing staff invigilation training Guiding advising students for university pathways and related examinations.
