职位职责
1.与厨房电器和个人护理客户沟通，讨论生命周期及性能规格。
将讨论结果记录在RQM系统的WIK工作指令/报告中，并协调相应的测试工作。
2.参与新产品导入（NPI）项目的早期阶段。
与设计与开发（D&D）部门共同制定有效的验证测试计划。
对原型进行验证和性能测试，确保设计符合要求。
3.创建和维护生命周期测试程序、工作指令和测试报告格式。
4.制定生命周期测试资源计划，负责设施维护，管理并培训测试技术人员和操作员。
5.将经典的可靠性测试方法引入高级测试实验室（ATL），包括HALT/HASS测试、MTBF可靠性保证测试和快速温变测试。
与设计开发（DD）、产品工程（PE）和质量工程（QE）团队合作进行验证和根本原因分析。
6.在生命周期测试实验室中实施智能和可视化的改进措施。
7.维护生命周期测试室的6S标准，确保组织和高效。

任职要求
1.电子、电气、自动化或机电工程等相关专业。
2.至少三年以上家用电器安全测试和可靠性测试的工作经验。
3.熟悉安全和可靠性测试标准/方法/测试设备，如IEC 60335-1、GB2423等。
4.目标导向，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，强烈的学习意愿。

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Study & discuss with Kitchen Appliance& Personal Care clients about lifecycle and Performance Spec./Protocol, and then transfer to WIK Working Instruction/Report in RQM system, arranging corresponding testing accordingly.
2. Involved in the early stage of NPI projects and work out good validation test plans for the new products together with D&D department, do the validation and performance test for prototypes to confirm the design is ok.
3. Life Cycle testing Procedure, working instruction, test report format creating and maintaining.
4. Life Cycle test Resource Plan, facility maintenance, testing Technician &Operator Management/training.
5. Introduce Classic Reliability testing method into ATL, including Halt/Hass test, MTBF reliability guarantee test, Rapid temperature change, etc., Cooperate DD/PE/QE to validation and make root cause analysis.
6. Life cycle Testing Lab smart& visible improvement.
7. Life cycle Testing room 6S maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Majored in Electrical, Automation, or mechatronic engineering etc.
2. At least 3 years above Safety test, Reliability test working experience for house hold appliance.
3. Familiar with safety, Reliability test standard/method/ testing equipment, include IEC 60335-1, GB2423, etc.
4. Goal orientation, good communication, teamwork, and strong willing to learn.
