Responsibilities:
1. Study & discuss with Kitchen Appliance& Personal Care clients about lifecycle and Performance Spec./Protocol, and then transfer to WIK Working Instruction/Report in RQM system, arranging corresponding testing accordingly.
与厨房电器和个人护理客户研究和讨论生命周期及性能规格/协议，然后将其转化为RQM系统中的WIK工作指令/报告，并相应安排测试。
2. Involved in the early stage of NPI projects and work out good validation test plans for the new products together with D&D department, do the validation and performance test for prototypes to confirm the design is ok.
参与新产品导入（NPI）项目的早期阶段，与设计与开发（D&D）部门共同制定良好的验证测试计划，对原型进行验证和性能测试，以确认设计是否合格。
3. Life Cycle testing Procedure, working instruction, test report format creating and maintaining.
生命周期测试程序、工作指令和测试报告格式的创建与维护。
4. Life Cycle test Resource Plan, facility maintenance, testing Technician &Operator Management/training.
生命周期测试资源计划、设施维护、测试技术人员和操作员的管理与培训。
5. Introduce Classic Reliability testing method into ATL, including Halt/Hass test, MTBF reliability guarantee test, Rapid temperature change, etc.,
将经典可靠性测试方法引入ATL，包括高加速寿命测试（Halt/Hass）、平均无故障时间（MTBF）可靠性保证测试、快速温度变化等。
6. Cooperate DD/PE/QE to validation and make root cause analysis
与设计部门（DD）、产品工程（PE）和质量工程（QE）合作进行验证并进行根本原因分析。
Required：
1. Major in Electrical, Automation, or mechatronic engineering etc.
电气、自动化或机电工程等相关专业。
2. At least 3 years above Safety test, Reliability test working experience for house hold appliance
至少三年以上家用电器安全测试和可靠性测试的工作经验。
3. Familiar with safety, Reliability test standard/method/ testing equipment, include IEC 60335-1, GB2423, etc.
熟悉安全和可靠性测试标准/方法/测试设备，包括IEC 60335-1、GB2423等。
4. Goal orientation, good communication, teamwork, and strong willing to learn.
