操作客服岗位: JOB Description 1.Communicate with our customers/overseas office and suppliers to ensure high efficient export handling 负责与客户、海外公司和国内供货商的沟通,确保货物高效出运 2. Arrange the complete Export Sea freight process as per our customers instructions and Fracht policy 根据客户的指令及公司政策,完成整个出口货物运输的操作流程 3.Issue quotations to our clients or overseas offices 负责客户、海外的相关报价 4.Accept and accomplish any assigned extra tasks. 接受并完成其他相关工作 Position requirement: 职位要求 1.College degree or above, Major in International Trading/Business, Logistic or English is preferred 大专以上学历, 国际贸易、国际商务、物流或英语相关专业优先 2.Familiar with sea export&import operation procedure, one year’ experience in International forwarding or international logistics company is plus. 熟悉海运进出口操作流程, 一年以上国际货运或国际物流相关工作经验(优秀应届生或实习生亦可) 3.Good communication skill and adaptability 具有良好的沟通技巧和适应能力 4.Fluent English both in reading and writing, good oral English will be a plus 英语读写流利,有良好的英语口语能力优先 5.Team spirit and self-motivation 具有较好的团队精神和自我激励能力 6.Good command of Microsoft Office 熟练电脑操作及office办公软件 公司福利: 1、工作时间:每周5天7.5小时工作制,9:00-17:30,中午12:30-13:30休息 2、福利:五险一金+额外的商业保险+各项福利(生日礼物+在职培训+免费体检等) 3、带薪休假:国家法定节假日,带薪年假,生日假等; 团队氛围好,欢迎大家加入我们的团队!嘉遁物流~
