About the role: As an order specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of purchasing orders, track the production process of orders, and ensure that orders are completed on time, in right quantity and with right quality. Complete the record and management work corresponding to the order. 作为订单管理经理,你将负责国外总部订单的执行,跟踪订单生产过程,确保订单按时按量按质完成。完成订单对应的记录和管理工作。 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Keep up-to-date with information on suppliers, products, prices and other information in the new system;及时跟新系统里的供应商、产品、价格等信息; 2. Register order and shipment information in a timely manner and mark any exceptions clearly;及时登记订单和出运信息,且标记清楚任何异常情况; 3.Maintain good communication with suppliers and handle general order exceptions;与供应商保持良好的沟通,处理简单的订单异常情况 4.Assist to collect and review the supplier's bulk pictures to see if the products, labels, packaging, etc. are consistent with the order; 协助收集并审核供应商的大货图片,查看产品,标签,包装等是否与订单一致; 5. Assist to collect and check the VAT invoices and other contract documents issued by suppliers in a timely manner to ensure that the invoice information and amount are consistent with the order; 协助收及时收集并检查供应商开具的增值税发票等合同资料,确保发票信息以及金额等与订单一致; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by head of department;完成上级交代的其他工作; JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Colleague degree or above in international trade, English or related majors;国际贸易、英语或者相关专业专科以上学历; - More than 2 years working experience as order assistant with huge skus/orders management; 2年以上订单管理助理工作经验,优先考虑有处理过庞大订单数量者; - Familiar with office software;熟练应用办公室软件; - Basic English reading and writing skills;基础的英文读写能力; - Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility;敬业、责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真;
