This exciting role offers opportunity to: ● Strategically plans, manages and monitors production capacity /material to meet Sales order requirements and productivity goals, and to align with overall strategic and profit plan objectives with Material department. ● Leads the entire production planning team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers and achieve customer delivery expectation, OTD and LT; ● Reviews and monitors the process of production planning, DOH controlling and order fulfillment, and the Master Production Schedule to ensure sales order anticipated and long term materials planning; ● Controls and closely monitors production planning of each product family to ensure the best utilization of the machinery / tooling and work order closed on time; ● Reviews and ensures SAP parameter (Lot size; production L/T; planner code...etc) maintained correctly and data health checked regularly; ● Execute JIT materials planning and supplier SIOP, including delivery performance management, supply risk analysis & mitigation plan; ● Creates and retains a challenging, rewarding and learning work environment, as well as to attract, retain, and develop the employees; ● Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and drives the maturity of 3 Pillar Culture-Safety, Quality and CI; Requirement: ● Bachelor’s degree or above ● At least 8 years relevant experience in production planning / supply chain management, 3 years in leader capacity in a low volume high mix manufacturing environment; ● Knowledge of logistics/supply chain concepts and strategies; ● Experience in SAP is preferred; ● Knowledge of Lean principles a plus; ● Self-motivated, well organized and task oriented; ● Ability to drive results by developing and empowering teams; ● Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. ● Proficient in written and spoken English; Yes!
