Test Engineer for ATE test solution development and NPI in AT.
What You Will Do
61Development of ATE test programs and hardware.
61Responsible for the quality of the test program and test yield.
61Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing solution for mass production, qualification and characterization.
61Proper archiving of test data, test plan, and other relative docs.
61Initiate peer and gate reviews for the TE part.
61Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
61Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
61Responsible for the test risk assessment (Test-FMEA).
61Responsible to provide NPR input (test costs & NRE).
61Built competences on test and DFT methods, statistics, Semiconductor processes, communication, English language, reporting, and working in projects, BCAMX, yield and data analysis tools.
61Participate in problem solving teams (8D).
What You Will Need
61Hard Skills:
61Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or CS
61Be familiar with IC product NPI and mass production flow
61>3 years of ATE program and HW development experience
61Familiar with C++
61Better to have development experience of Analog IC
61Better to have experience of using Analog ATEs, like ETS family, accotest or CC TECH.
61Soft Skills:
61Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
61Have customer orientation and quality mindset
61Possesses Analytical Skills and sensitive to Program Bugs
61Communication skills in English
61Like Analog ICs development work
