Functional Responsibility
1. To assist the sales department and overseas offices, agents to develop new business;

2. Establish and maintain a positive and productive Pricing Team workflow

3. Supervise cost and P/L controlling;

4. Provide market analysis, RFQ result tracing and winning ratio analysis

5. Develop goals and objectives of Pricing Team to align with the company vision
按公司的发展步伐,制定相应的策略目标
6. Develops and sustains productive relationships with carriers
发展与维护和运营商的生产关系
7. Any others additional task and duties required by superior

Personal Capabilities & Education
1. Minimum 8 years logistic experience and relevant management experience is preferred
八年以上的物流工作经验，有相关管理经验者优先
2. Ability to present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers
能够提供信息并回答管理层、员工和客户的问题
3. Knowledgeable in Seafreight operation
熟悉海运操作流程
4. Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
优秀的中英文沟通能力
5. Bachelor Degree or above
本科及以上学历
