● Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. ● Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. ● Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis. ● Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. ● Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. ● Resolves customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. ● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by customer application. ● Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ● other works leader assigned. Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree or above, prefer in electrical ● 5+ years sales or relevant technical experience, technical background will be better ● Good knowledge of electrical products, protection and application ● Fluent English writing; ● Good command of computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and etc.); ● Good interpersonal and negotiation skill; ● Aggressive and ready for tough challenges from customer and be resourceful in resolving issues; ● Willing to travel.
