JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to perform all the activities required to provide technical support to internal/external customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. Working with the call center, spare parts, & customers directly to diagnose issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Set up, troubleshoot and repair Husky product independently. 2 Provide regular and effective paper service report,one copy to customer with their signed up. One copy send back to service coordinator for consolidation on weekly base. 3 Effective and proper communication to customer in each task. 4 Develop and maintenance customer relationship. 5 Internal issues communication and investigation
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Post-secondary education (college or university degree)in a related technical subject is required, major in mold or engineering EXPERIENCE: around 0- 3 years in plastics machinery service experience is preferred. Good communication skills Good customer oriented mindset
