Technical Skills：
1. A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
2. 8 years of practical experience in application development
3. 5 years of experience with C#
4. Experience with real-time, high-throughput, and low-latency systems is preferred.
5. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
6. Strong English communication skills。
