工作职责: Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Research, screen, engage and recruit talents via various platforms 2. Fully handle the whole hiring process from CV search to offer delivery 3. Dealing with HR vendors in overseas to ensure smooth cooperation between 2 parties 4. Prepare data for monthly payroll report and follow up the salary to be paid on time 5. Supporting HR manager in counselling and implementation of the Overseas HR policies and procedures. 6. Maintain overseas employee personal file, ensure the validity of HR data information 7. Prepare employment contract and contract renewal, reviewing and monitoring end dates of employment contracts for overseas employees and ensuring that renewals are issued in good time. 8. HR system (HCM Cloud) management and maintain 9. Coordinate with Corporate/ region on the define projects and programs 10. Support on additional assigned tasks 任职资格: Experience/Education Required 1. 2-3 working experience in HR, preferably has direct recruiting experience 2. Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must 3. A positive, can-do attitude, detail-oriented personality 4. Good team player and able to work independently 5. Can prioritize effectively and manage time well, enabling work to tight deadlines
