Responsibilities:

1.Follow instruction / processes and finish assigned task in production with high quality and high efficiency;
遵循作业指导书，在保证质量的前提下高效完成指派工作任务；

2.Keep and improve working space in the LEAN way and to ensure good processes control; 保持并提高工作区域的精益管理，确认良好的流程管控；

3.Report testing problem, errors in time and fixed problem base on instruction;及时报告测试问题，错误并根据要求解决问题；

4.Drive the whole testing processes in production to ensure short testing cycle time and high *** pass yield;在生产过程中，推动整个测试流程，确保较短的测试周期和较高的一次性通过率；

5.Finish record / report / documentation in time with good quality;正确并及时完成记录/报告/文档的填写；

6.Follow company regulation, include but not limited to 5s, TAP, TEC, ESD, DLP;
遵循公司的规定，包括但不仅限于5s,TAP,TEC,ESD,DLP；

7.Trouble shooting / error diagnosis with PE / R&D, or others if needed;根据需要，与PE/R&D等其他部门共同解决问题或分析错误；

8.Tasks assigned by the supervisor to support others完成上级领导指派支持其他同事的任务；

9.Material inspection / rework outside of normal working procedures物料检查/正常工作程序以外的返工；

10.Be authorized to sign documentation/record according to the company regulation, e.g. SOP, working instruction, Travel Regulation.根据公司规定被授权签署文档/记录，例如SOP,作业指导书，差旅规定。


Education and Experience:

1/ College or above with major in mechanical, electronically or
mecharonically; 大学及以上，机械学，电汽电力学专业等；

2/ 1-3 of working experience in Manufacturing / service is required；具备1-3年制造业/服务业领域的工作经验；

3/ Has the advance technical skill according to AX SCM Make training assessment scheme; and basic practice in Micro office software, e.g. Excel, PPT and word; 以AX SCM Make部门的培训评估为依据，具备基本的技术技能；并且具有基本的办公软件技能；

4/ Basic verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as English(CET4/6 is plus);
基本的普通话和英语口语与书面沟通技能（有CET4/6为佳）；

5/ Business results orientation; customer orientation; collaboration & influencing; intercultural sensitivity;
以业务结果为导向，更好地完成事情；以客户为导向，能够了解客户的需求；团结协作，能够提供支持；具有一定的跨文化敏锐度，能够理解文化差异；

6/ Hard-working.工作认真仔细，踏实稳重。
