Responsibilities:
61 Be responsible for R&D tasks in design of LED drivers for LED products (such as LED LUM/lamps/tube).
61 Drive for technology innovations, support technology roadmap and platform development.
61 Design documentation (BOM & Spec, etc.) creation & management following LEDVANCE project development process.
61 Improvement or cost reduction of existing platforms, technical support of production and certification.

Requirements:
61 Bachelor in Electronics or electrical related, 5 years or above design experience in switching power supplies/LED driver.
61 Prefer rich design experience in lighting industry.
61 Prefer LED driver design experience with different topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, …).
61 Familiar with PCB manufacturing & process.
61 Must be familiar with IEC safety, SLR and EMC standards.
61 Skillfully operate schematic & layout of PADs/AD, Mathcad and MS office tools.
61 Strong troubleshooting skills.
61 Must have good communication skills. Needs to work with vendor’s technical team and CORE project team together.
61 Must be able to read, write in English, nice to have good oral skill.
