61 To ensure product and factory are in accordance with legal and company requirements throughout the entire supply chain process.
61 Work closely with the Quality team and Sourcing Managers, with good production skills to be able to influence team in reducing product and production risk to the company.
61 Conduct internal testing for products of Toys and Hardgoods
61 Conduct factory audit independently in Asia and/or Europe.
61 Conduct inline and final random inspection in the factory.
61 Monitor production process throughout factory visits.
61 Facilitate 3rd party testing
61 Educated to degree level or equivalent within an Engineering or a Science related field
61 Experience of working within Retail, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or laboratory
61 Solid inspection experiences proven
61 New product development experiences, especially in Electrical, Toys, and Hardgoods
61 Deep product and production knowledge in Toys and Hardgoods with experience to the markets of Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Asia Pacific.
61 Knowledge in BSCI and ISO9001 is preferable with solid auditing experience based
61 Ability to analyze critical problems in all aspects and provide solutions to the project team in balancing legal requirements, production process, material use and cost.
61 Fluency in Mandarin and English / Cantonese is a plus
