学院简介： 深圳河套学院是教育部部署建设的人工智能拔尖创新人才培养试验区。学院立足粤港澳大湾区核心区位优势，整合全球科研资源、深港跨境创新要素及头部产业生态资源，构建以国际化（International）办学理念为先导、交叉学科（Interdisciplinary）体系为支撑、产学研协同（Industrial）为特色的“3I”人才培养模式，着力培育兼具全球视野、厚实理论基础、创新交叉思维和优秀实践能力的人工智能人才。 Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the development, approval, promotion, and publicity of student organizations, clubs, and student unions within the department. 2. Oversee major departmental events, such as festival celebrations, orientations, and exhibitions. 3. Assist in resolving student concerns and issues. 4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or Manager. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. A Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Relevant work experience is preferred especially in event planning and organization. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly dependable. 5. Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
