Job Responsibility:
- Assist in setup, calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and test setups.
- Collaborate with application engineering and product teams to understand test strategy and planning in term of understanding product specifications, customer’s application and technical requirements.
- Develop detail test plans and methodologies appropriate for the specific application or products.
- Participate in new product application testing including but not limited in dispensable TIMs and Form-In-Place EMI gaskets and provide input on trends and potential issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical related issues to pinpoint and offer resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports and organized documentation of test plans, test cases and test results.
- Work cross functionally with Application Engineers, Product Line Managers, R&D and Sales.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems.
- Manage and organize lab inventory and consumables.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferred in mechanics or chemistry.
2. 3+ years’ engineering experience includes lab equipment and test setups
3. Experience in dispensing system is a plus
4. Good communication skill in English is added advantage
5. Ability to work with multicultural teams and stakeholders. Strong ability to implement and push project to success.
6. Can be work well under a certain pressure
