Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize the operation process of the team. - Lead the team with high efficiency and high-quality work. - Monitor staff working processes, review their performances and hold trainings to keep the team improve for high efficiency and get ready for any challenges. - Send monthly reports to the finance department timely as required. - Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations. - Resolve customer complaints, dispute handling with efficient actions. - Cooperation &communication with relative department for problem solving and efficient cooperation. - Responsible for optimizing and collecting Cargo Wise system issues, promoting participation in implementation and resolution, and continuously optimizing various internal workflows to improve work efficiency. - Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements to processes or policies in our product. - Support sales with market intelligence and other insights to attract and win more orders or customers over to the organization - Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important business activities of the company, including daily operation, business development, and new project when necessary. - Management of team’s trainings, performance and talent selection. - Back up other team members where necessary - Reporting to the superior on special case with further solution proposal.
