<Responsibility> - Assist the Relationship Manager ("RM") to manage and strengthen the relationship with existing clients and pursue more ancillary business. - Assist the RM to develop new relationship with selected target corporates that fit into our client portfolio, and convert them into our customers. - Effectively work with OPS, product groups, legal & compliance and other partners in the Bank to make sure a smooth delivery of transactions and other daily works - Assist the RM to cross sell more profitable products/solutions to maximize the bank's overall return, efficiently use the bank's resources and capital. - Assist the RM on credit monitoring, complete credit application for new and/or renewal transaction. - Assist the RM to collaborate with GRM teams in SMBC's overseas office to have timely sharing of information, and mutual feedback both from client's HQ and subsidiaries in order to provide a better service to clients. - Follow and comply with internal and external regulations and rules, close communication with legal & compliance departments as well as back & middle offices.
<Requirements> - Bachelor degree or above; - Experience in banking/financial services industry, accounting/consulting firms, or finance/treasury departments in a corporate is preferable - Sense or skill in relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, etc. - Basic understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan, etc. - Fluent English, Good PC skills, communication skill, etc.
