A. Job Description 1. To establish & implement L&E’s Quality Management Systems (with reference to ISO9000), & continuously update it so as to keep abreast with the market’s Requirements, with the emphasis on the scope that we are able to fulfill; a. ALL Brands / Customers’ Quality Requirements b. Respective Country Local Legal Requirements, IF ANY c. Any arises of other NEW Quality-related Requirements 2. To monitor & follow-up on the implementation & execution of our L&E’s Quality Management System & Standards, via; a. Qualification of Suppliers Management System; Suppliers Performance Assessment; In-Process Quality Audit; Final Quality Check; Customer Feedback; etc., etc….. b. To participate in the DEV Process so as to contribute any potential Quality-related issues on the new DEV Products c. To conduct regular meetings (either Group, or selected few) with the respective Local Quality Teams d. To conduct Monthly Meeting with the Worst 3 Performing Suppliers to establish Corrective & Preventive Actions Plan e. To monitor & follow-up the respective Corrective & Preventive Actions Plan established by the Suppliers on their Quality Feedback, and/or Quality Audits by the Brands/Customers/L&E accordingly so as to ensure it closes on time 3. To understand & execute respective Brands’ Quality Requirements, via; a. To work with respective Suppliers on the implementation & execution of the respective Brands’ Quality Requirements b. To conduct ‘Pre-Prep’ Audit before any Quality Audit designated by the Brands c. To ensure Brands’ Quality Audits findings & Corrective Action Plans are resolved & closed on-time 4. To prepare the necessary Quality Tools, e.g. Light-Standard-Dark Color Chart, Packaging Products Assembly Video/Work-Instruction, Works-Instructions, etc., 5. To attend Brands’ Quality-related training, & to discuss with respective Brands on any probable concerns/issues with regards to their Quality-related Requirements 6. To train & disseminate any NEW Quality-related Requirements to ALL Local Team members, if necessary, inclusive of cross-functionals, e.g. DEV., CS., etc. 7. To continuously work with Suppliers on improving L&E Quality-related Performances 8. To ensure Quality-related trainings are planned & provided for ALL Quality Team members (inclusive of new hires) so that they are qualified to conduct their task, inclusive of audits, effectively & efficiently
B. Job Requirements 1. To conduct frequent visits to Suppliers, either for follow-up works, and/or training, etc., etc….. 2. To shadow at least ONE ‘Internal’ Audit with EACH L&E Local Team members annually as part of L&E ‘internal’ Requirements, as to assess the Local Team members Audit Performance 3. To attend Customers’ Audits, Briefings, Trainings, & scheduled ‘Meet-Ups’ 4. To communicate concisely & clearly within L&E Ops, & if need to, with Suppliers Management too 5. To keep abreast with the latest updated Quality-related Requirements via respective Brands Websites
C. Job Qualifications 1. Work in a Managerial position for at least 5 Years 2. Possess basic knowledges on Quality, i.e. ISO9001; etc., or similar Standards 3. A certified Auditor on ISO9001 with at least 5 Years of Audit Experiences, or similar Standards 4. Able to communicate, including writing, effectively & efficiently in both English & Chinese. 5. Independent, & Objective orientated. Definition; The word ‘Standard’ herewith will be ALL Requirements related to either by Region, Country, and/or Brands) that we must adopt & adhere to, in order for L&E to conduct our business, AND, going forward, any new additional tasks given by the Senior Management, as deem fit.
