Job Descriptions:
1.Lead and be responsible for Technical Category Procurement team in the
region Greater China (GCN), including mainland, Hongkong and ***.
领导并负责管理大中华区技术类别采购团队。
2.Provide professional procurement support to business lines for the
requirements of goods and services in compliance with TUV Rheinland’s global
and regional procurement policies, guidelines and procedures. Categories mainly
include laboratory supplies & technical equipment, equipment & machinery, IT
hardware & software, and telecommunications, etc.
为各业务线提供专业的采购支持，确保符合T05V Rheinland的全球和区域采购政策、指南及流程。采购品类主要包括实验室相关需求、机器设备、
IT设备和软件类、办公用通信设备等等。
3.Take a leading role in the set-up of GCN framework agreements concerning
responsible areas.
主导建立所负责采购品类相关的大中华区框架协议
4.Identify and act on opportunities to minimize the total cost of ownership to
the organization.
识别降本机会，并采取行动降低组织采购总成本
5.Develop and maintain sound business relationship with internal customers,
headquarter procurement counterparts/peers and external suppliers.
建立并维护与内部客户、德国总部同品类采购和外部供应商的良好业务关系
6.Ensure timely reports and information is given to superiors and management
related to the responsibility under your charge.
确保及时向上级和管理层提供负责领域的相关报告和信息

Job Requirements:
1.Min. 8 years of experience in procurement field, with at least 3 years’
managerial position.
至少8年采购领域工作经验，其中至少3年担任管理职位
2.Unquestionable ethics and integrity, good team leader and player, strong
communication capability (both oral and written English), able to communicate
effectively with all levels in the organization (cross-locations) and suppliers.
具备无可置疑的职业道德和正直品格，优秀的团队领导者与团队合作精神，出色的沟通能力，英语口语及书面表达能力佳，能够与组织内各层级（跨地区）及供应商进行有效沟通
3.Strategic procurement mind-set, good commercial analysis ability, sound
negotiation skills, sensitive to figures.
具有战略性采购思维，良好的商业分析能力、出色的谈判技巧，并对数据敏感
4.Working experience with category / central procurement in an MNC is a plus.
拥有跨国公司（MNC）品类采购或集中采购工作经验者优先
5.Good at MS office, esp. Excel, Power Point, etc. Experience on SAP Ariba
will be an advantage.
熟练使用MS Office，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint等，具备SAP Ariba使用经验者优先
