Successful candidate will have Sales Experience in the Semiconductor Industry and be able to work closely with all field personnel to ensure optimum client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue. Responsibilities will include managing multiple large accounts utilizing our systems, acting as main point of contact between client buyers and factories, supporting distributors and representatives as requested by management. Ability to run reports and understand and utilize data within reports is critical. Industry knowledge is important and developing partnerships with field, factories and clients will be the key to success. Candidate must be professional, accurate and dependable, always seeking win-win.
Job Responsibilities
Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
Conduct sales administration related Reports, Quotes, System and Flow Management etc.
Provide internal support to sales and external communication to distributors and contract manufactures in dealing with price
Coordinate, support and grow business by working closely with internal and external clients
Fulfill and update database quote
Educate distributors in company’s marketing plans and distributor policies
Establish and maintain a distributor price list
Competencies
Time Management – Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end.
Communication – Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic and Client Engagement Managers etc.
Qualification and Experience
College graduate
Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese
Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
