1.SCOPE
(a) Accepts responsibility supervising product design and redesign projects.
(b )Assists in major product design, development and qualification.
(c)Provides engineering assistance to manufacturing.
(d)Applies the ISO 9001 "Design Control" procedures detailed in the company Quality Manual.


2.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
(a) Equivalent Education Level Required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent.
(b) Experience Required
Five years engineering design experience and some experience in a manufacturing environment.
Has primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of the engineering activities through direct reports, personal design work and team specific projects.
Three year engineering manager experience.
A professional appearance is required. Individual must be self-motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision.
(c) Knowledge Required BE Mechanical.
