1.Handle all kinds of bookings upon the checking guideline and proceed system input . 2.To ensure customers' requirements are duly followed up /or transferred to all concerned parties. 3.To answer queries, provide professional customer services including but not limited to general enquiry; special case handling . 4.To maintain close liaison with clients of all schedule/notifications/ equipment situation etc by coordinating with internal departments 5.Booking system maintenance to ensure correct booking confirmation release 6.Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies 7.Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Requirements: 1.University graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred 2.Be familiar with MS Office 3.Excellent command of English (CET4 or above) 4.Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English 5.Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills 6.Good sense of team work and could work under pressure
