Qualifications and Requirements 资质和要求
1. University degree with major in engineering. 大学本科学历，工科专业背景；
2. 2years’ above working experience in relevant. 2年以上相关工作经验；
3. Preferably equipped with basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office software and type, also hands-on experience up on SAP. 熟练使用基本的办公软件包括打字，熟悉SAP系统；
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 熟练读、写英语和普通话；
5. Careful, calm, strong sense of responsibility, good compressive capacity, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. 认真细心，沉着冷静，责任心强，良好的抗压能力、团队合作精神和人际协调沟通能力；
6. Familiar with internal procedure and rule in manufactory including each department’s responsibility. 熟练掌握并了解制造业公司内部运作流程与规范，包括各部门的相应职责。


Job Summary职位摘要
1. Making quotation and contract, do contract checking, feedback exceptional problems to customer in time and track the modification contract. Necessary Delivery time inquiry. 做报价和合同，合同审核，将合同异常问题及时反应给客户，并追踪更新合同。必要时的交货期查询。
2. Process order into SAP system fast and efficiently, using efficient way to minimum the order entry mistake；Change orders as customers’ required. 快速高效将订单录入SAP系统,运用有效的方法将订单录入错误最小化;变更客户需要更改的订单。
3. Order tracking: lead time checking/AF booking/ GMM form application /payment tracking/delivery notification to insure order delivery in time and invoice issue， to improve customer satisfaction. 订单追踪:货期查询，空运安排，GMM申请，款项追踪，发货安排，与内部相关各部门沟通确保订单准时交货，提高客户满意度。
4. Assisting supervisor dealing with urgent cases, coordinate with related dep. for critical part. As the window between customer and inter-company, insure company profit based on fulfil customer demand. 协助主管处理紧急事情，协调内部相关环节。 作为客户和公司内部的窗口，在满足客户要求的前提下，确保公司的利益。
5. Support and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to retain business and promote business growth opportunities. Communication with sales timely regarding to problem during the order processing, try to get maximum win-win result 和VIP客户建立良好的伙伴关系，协助销售有更多的机会获得更多的订单，及时和销售沟通处理过程中的问题，***程度上获得双赢。
