Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. Primary Responsibility（首要责任）
1) Forecast management: get the forecast from customer and work out the proper shipping plan timely; commit the shipping schedule to customer and track the shipment to the destination on time; come out the recovery plan if any capacity and material issue
预期管理：从客户获取预期出货量并及时制定正确的出货计划；向客户提交装运时间表并按时跟踪货物到达目的地；如果有任何材料问题和产能问题及时完善计划。
2) Shipment tracking: tracking shipment arriving timely; shipment report updating correctly & accurately; well know how to track shipment & it’s routing to customer
出货追踪：追踪货物及时到达，准确地更新出货报告；及时将其状态传达给客户。
3) Hub management: keep the healthy inventory in hub; No variance in hub; timely checking hub; on hold shipment when damage issue happens; hub aging stock identification
Hub管理：保持Hub仓的安全库存；保证 hub账目没有差异；定时检查Hub；当有问题出现时暂停出货；hub 过期库存鉴定和处理。
4) RMA management: tracking the return shipment and adjust the system; issue the credit note based on QA’s confirmation
客退货物管理；跟踪退货并调整系统；根据质量部确认发送付款单据。

2. Secondary Responsibility
次要职责
1) Cost and AR control: record the abnormal cost for rework and hub additional cost; PO price verification with customer & PM; Ensure to get AR on time
成本和收款管控：记录返工和Hub额外成本；与客户&PM核实PO价格以确保准时获得付款。
2) EOL Management: co-work with internal team to minimize the E&O stock; submit the final E&O report to customer and reach an agreement with customer to disposition within a confirmed period
EOL管理：与内部团队合作以减少呆滞库存，将以最终的呆滞物料报告提交给客户，并在确定的时间内与客户达成协议处理。

Requirements:
岗位要求：
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree or other Related Flied
面试者必须拥有学士学位或者其他相关领域。
2) At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Mechanical CS work experience is preferred
本职位至少需要相关领域1年以上的工作经验，有机械工程师工作经验者优先。
3) Excellent time management skills to include ability to plan, oversee and schedule work activities and manage details.

4) Familiar in CAD, Pro/E tools is preferred
熟悉CAD和Pro/E 者优先(CS 无此要求)。
5) Able to use APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and MSA

6) Able to work independently with good planning skills.
能够独立工作，具备良好的规划能力。
7) CET 4 or above, English is fluent
英语四级或以上，口语流利。
