职位职责Tasks: 1.管理公司和客户的良好关系 Manage company and customer relationship 2.按照质量管理体系要求改善和优化产品生产过程 According to quality management system requirements improve and optimize the production process 3.负责客户抱怨及退货方面的8D报告追踪及向客户提交 Deal with customer complain and return goods'' 8D report follow up 4.拜访客户,进行现场服务,为客户提供必要的咨询服务 Visit customer, onsite service, provide counseling for customer 5.参与项目策划管理,产品验证以及过程移转 Take part in project management, prodcuts validation 6.参与各事业部的过程审核 Take part in all BU''s process audit 7.量产阶段产品和过程的持续优化的活动 Mass production process'' continuously optimization 8.持续提高客户满意度/超越客户期望,管理客户信息收集渠道,跟踪客户满意度情况 Improve customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectation, manage customer information collection channel, follow up customer satisfaction rate 9.负责客户索赔的处理协调:负责对售后件的收集确认和对售后件进行失效模式分析、申诉 Deal with customers''claim for compensation, saled products collection and analysing
任职要求Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历,机械或材料专业 Bachelor Degree or above, Mechanical or Material 2. 3年以上汽车行业质量管理经验,熟悉主机厂客户质量要求,熟悉质量工具,解决问题的方法 3 years above quality management background in automotive industry. Familiar with OEM customers quality requirement, Familiar with quality tools for problem solving 3. 英语流利,办公软件使用熟练 Good in English, Skill to use office
