You will join Back office Team basing in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:
1. To execute all enquiries from affiliates, analyses capability with related dept. and prepare compliant offer in order to secure the order; 2. Execute order received from affiliates, understood well the requirement, and follow up till POD 3. Execute and maintain order from affiliates in SAP accurately and timely. 4. Establish relation with affiliates buyer (commercial, R&D, Supply Chain) 5. Arrange and participant periodically call with buyer, Constant follow up with buyer to improve on overall customer service. 6. Coordinating shipping activities according to INCOTERM 7. Solving issue with SAP/system and find more efficient solution for the current process with IT support. 8. Read and respond to email, in case not sure, ask to manager 9. Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work. 10. Other tasks assigned by the manager
What we are looking for
1. 3 years work experience 2. Knowledge of Import/Export Trade 3. 1 year work experience on SAP system is preferred 4. Good English in written and oral
