负责根据生产计划执行换模工作，并按照工艺流程进行工艺调试，以满足生产计划的需要；

2.优化注塑工艺，保证生产工艺文件化，及时更新并记录相关数据，确保生产效率的不断改善；

3.负责当班生产产品质量的监督和控制，配合品管部门及时处理异常问题，保证产品质量；
Be responsible for the shift in the production of product quality supervision and control, deal with abnormal problem in time, cooperate with QC department to ensure the product’s quality
4.负责注塑设备的日常点检，确保设备正常运转；

5.确保生产车间安全，保证安全生产；

6.负责管辖范围5S，确保现场整洁。

任职资格：
- 中专及以上文化。
Above technical secondary school degree
- 三年以上注塑行业生产经验，两年注塑调机经验。懂机械机构，电气知识者优先。
More than 3 years’ experience in injection mold industry production, two years’ experience in injection moldtuning machine
- 熟悉注塑机工作原理及注塑过程发生异常及时排除，思路清晰有良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神.
