1. 大客户经理,负责国内整车厂客户;
Key Account Manager, responsible for Chinese OEM customer
2. 既有项目跟踪维护,新项目报价, 商务谈判
Existing business maintain, new RFQ and commercial negotiation
3. 保持良好的客户关系和有效的沟通.
Keeping good relationship with customers and good communication

要求:
Strategy and planning.
1. 3年及以上汽车零部件销售经验,有国内整车厂客户维护经验者优先。
1.More than 3 years auto parts sales experience, Chinese OEMs customer experience is preferred.
2. 通过密切跟踪客户的短期、中期和长期业务趋势,市场趋势和竞争格局,制定BCS的业务战略,制定大客户业务增长战略
Conduct key account business growth strategy by closely following up customers' short-term, mid-term and long-term business trend, market trend and competition landscape, BCS's business strategy.
3. 跨职能向现有客户推广产品/业务的合作模式
Promoting product/business model to existing customers across functions
4. 向领导团队提交战略,业务拓展,RFI/RFQ和合同谈判
Presenting the strategy to leadership team. Business development, RFI/RFQ and contract negotiation
5. 主导内部评估,准备RFI/RFQ报价,并准备相关文件
Lead internal evaluation, quotation preparation for RFI/RFQ and prepare related documentations
6. 在RFQ/RFI 阶段,参与并协助进行客户的技术交流流程
Facilitate TDR/QTR with customer and lead the process during RFQ/RFI
7. 跨部门合作模式,领导CQR/CQA/项目定点交接流程
Function team work and lead CQR / CQA / Program Handover activity

Existing program maintain:
1. 合同内和非合同内的年度降价的执行及谈判操作
Negotiation and process for contracted/non-contracted annual cost down execution.
2. 熟悉国内客户操作模式,及客户系统维护
Familiar with Chinese OEMs customer process mode and customer system Maintain.
3. ECR 系统报价和价格定义
ECR quoting and price finalization.
4. 针对负责客户的所有物料型号的价格维护及价格更新
Pricing maintain and update for all active part number and after-market parts
5. 进行年度客户满意度调查,分析并采取改善措施
Conduct annual customer satisfaction survey, make analysis and take action plan to improve.
6. 按照公司TS16949、ISO14001和HSE团队的要求开展活动。
Activities as required by company TS16949, ISO14001 and HSE team.


Customer relationship:
1. 和客户端新的联络窗口建立合作关系
Build relationship with new customer/contacts
2. 作为终端客户及T1客户直接对接的销售窗口,确保客户需求及时传达
Be the direct business sales contact window at BCS Suzhou for all End customer/Tier’1 customers, make sure escalation when required.
3. 建立积极的客户关系,提高客户满意度
Build positive customer relationship and drive customer satisfaction.
4. 持续改善客户关系和展示专业的整体形象。确保定期面对面拜访客户,提升BCS整体的表现和整体形象展示
Continuously improve customer relationship and the overall BCS image in group and dedicated Tier’1s. Ensure regular F2F personal visits, meetings and events for excellent BCS performance.
