职位描述
岗位职责:
1.Executive annual sales strategy,plan and target,meet the sales achievement
执行年度销售策略、计划与目标,达成销售业绩
2.Know and analysis marketing information and set up target market
了解分析市场信息、容量,判断并确定目标市场
3.Explore potential customer,visit customer regularly,identify and analysis customer's requirement effectively
开发潜在客户,定期拜访客户,有效识别及分析客户实际需求
4.Responsible pre-order work,understand customer's technical requirement,participant in customer's technical sharing,project concept and basic solution draft
负责订单前期工作,研读客户技术要求,参与客户技术交流、项目报价和基本方案制定
5.Responsible for contract business negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery, according to company GBDT
负责合同的商务谈判,确定符合公司利益和标准的技术协议,财务条款和交付条款
6.Responble for pre-project communication and coordinate work,teamwork with internal technical team to communicate with customer for basic technical issue
负责项目前期沟通协调工作,和内部技术团队进行工作配合,对客户就基本技术进行沟通并作出判断
7.Support project manager in the middle and late of project,handle all business issues
项目中后期配合项目经理跟踪项目,处理一切商务事宜
8.Require customer's satisfaction feedback,maintain longtime customer's cooperative partner relationship
获取客户满意度反馈,维护客户长期合作伙伴关系
9.Other work form direct boss

职位要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar 自动化、机械设计、机械一体化、机器制造、工业工程或相关专业本科学历(有相关从业经验可适当放宽)
2.Above 5 years of sales experience in customized automation,mechanical design,concept & solution,project management is pefered.
5年以上非标自动化销售工作经验,有非标机械设计,方案设计,项目管理经验为佳
3.Demonstrated & Hunter & mentality analyze and position potential customers and business prospects, from existing customer segments and applications
灵敏的商业嗅觉,能够根据行业经验和现有客户应用,有效分析并定位潜在客户和销售商机
4.Be effective and accurate in technical communication and consultation to customers, With rich experience in setting sales strategies and negotiation skills
具备与客户的的技术沟通和专业顾问能力,拥有丰富的销售策略制订和项目谈判技巧经验,能灵活处理好与客户的关系
5.Strong presentation and communication skills both in Chinese and English. Good command of Sales & Marketing techniques and financial principles
专业流利的中英文演示讲解能力和商务沟通能力,同时掌握熟练的营销方法和财务基本知识
6.Able to work individually,strong responsibility and self-motivate
能独立工作,极强的责任心及上进心
7.Strong study,problem-solving and analysis ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge
较强的学习能力,问题解决和分析能力,乐于提升技能和知识
8.Good team work spirit and service consciousness,good skills in communication and under pressure
良好的团队合作精神和服务意识,较强的沟通及抗压能力
9.Be willing to travel in China and oversea
愿意国内外出差
10.Very good English Language in speaking and writing
