Scope and summary of the Job:
This position is responsible for all the supply chain process from receiving PO until shipment delivery and payment check.
Main responsibilities:
1. Place orders to the suppliers after received customer’s PO and follow-up orders with suppliers, customers and internal parties to ensure good quality, right packaging and on-time delivery. Prepare, submit and file all the necessary documents after shipment.
2.Work with the accounting team to double check all the amount of the goods payment to ensure all the amounts are correct.
3.Understand supplier’s capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time and customer’s features and requirements. Maintain strong business relationships with both suppliers and customers.
4.Cooperate with the other teams to assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements. Follow up on all relevant samples and ensure that samples are ordered and ready on time.
5.Quickly respond to customer’s complaint and claim. Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure customer’s satisfaction while minimizing company’s losses.
Required skills/knowledges and working experience:
1.Experience with foreign trade merchandising, familiar with bathroom product
2.3+ years related working experience
3.Good communication/follow up skills
4.Formal Education: Bachelor's degree
5.Good English communication skill both in writing and oral
6.must be willing to take ownership of their work and be a problem solver. Must be business savvy and able to negotiate
7.Others: positive, accountable, willing to accept variable tasks
