工作职责 1. Responsible for the supervision and control of the quality of automotive parts, ensuring that products meet quality standards, such as the analysis and handling of defective products daily, and the identification and control of process risks. 负责汽车零部件产品质量的监督与控制，确保产品符合质量标准，如：日常缺陷产品的分析和处理，过程风险的识别和管控等。 2. Collect, organize, and analyze product quality data, using data analysis tools (such as Excel, SPC software, etc.) to identify potential quality issues and provide data support for quality improvement. 对产品质量数据进行收集、整理与分析，运用数据分析工具（如 Excel、SPC 软件等）识别潜在质量问题，为质量改进提供数据支持。 3. Assist internal and external audit, Assist quality department to follow up actions while customer complain received 协助应对内外部审核,协助质量部门相关客户投诉改善措施的跟踪 。 4. Assist with new projects to import，prepare the related inspection documents and staffs training 协助新项目的导入，相关检测文件的制作和人员培训. 5. Laboratory management, measurement instruments calibration and maintenance according to plan 实验室管理负责量具校验和维护管理。. 6. Regularly compile quality reports to report on the quality status and improvement achievements to senior management. 定期编制质量报告，向上级领导汇报质量状况与改进成果。 7. Requirements: 1. Educational Background: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with preference for a major in materials science. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，材料学专业优先，其他理工科专业且具备相关工作经验者亦可考虑。 2. Have more than 3 years of quality control experience in the automotive industry, with familiarity of the key points of on-site quality control in production. 具备 3年及以上汽车行业品控工作经验，熟悉生产现场质量控制要点。 3. Experience in measurement devices management 具有量具管理的相关经验 4. Have experience working under the TS16949 quality management system, understand the audit process and requirements of the system, and be able to use system tools to solve actual quality problems. 有在 TS16949 质量管理体系下工作的经验，了解该体系的审核流程与要求,能够运用体系工具解决实际质量问题。 5. Have experience in operating or managing batch production modules in related ERP, SAP, and other systems. 有相关ERP、SAP等系统的批量性生产模块的操作或管理经验尤佳 6. Fluent English skills both in Oral and written. 英语熟练，具备良好的书面与口语表达能力，与国外供应商或客户进行有效沟通。 7. Strong data analysis skills, High sense of responsibility and communication skills. 具有较强的数据分析能力,工作条理清晰，沟通理解能力强 8. Professional Skills Be familiar with the use of simple measuring tools and equipment, such as hardness testers, microscopes, and form and position tolerance measuring devices. Experience with three-coordinate measuring equipment is preferred.了解并熟悉简单测量工具、设备的使用，如硬度计、显微镜、等形位公差测量设备。有三坐标使用经验者佳 Possess spatial thinking ability and be able to understand general mechanical drawings.有空间思维感，能看懂一般的机械图纸。 Familiar with commonly used quality statistical analysis methods, such as control charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, histograms, etc., and able to use these methods to conduct in-depth analysis of quality data.熟悉常用的质量统计分析方法，如控制图、因果图、直方图等，能够运用这些方法对质量数据进行深入分析。 Familiar with and able to apply quality analysis tools, such as 8D, 5WHY, mind mapping, etc., to conduct in-depth analysis of quality issues.熟悉并可以应用质量分析工具，如8D，5WHY,思维导图等，对质量问题进行深度剖析
