岗位职责：

1.Generate test specification for the new projects.
为新项目生成测试规范。
2. Responsible for test equipments failure support, ensure all test equipments running in good status.
负责测试设备故障支持，确保所有测试设备正常运行。
3. Implement the PM for all test equipments and test fixtures according to the preventive maintenance plan, ensure all maintenance system action be addressed and files be completed correctly, ensure all meet TS16949 requirement.
3.根据预防性维护计划，对所有测试设备和测试夹具实施预防性维护，确保所有维护系统措施得到解决并正确完成文件，确保所有设备和夹具符合IATF16949要求。
4.Take a lead of current test equipments improvement actions, Including old fixtures redesign and new station refit for new products and new process.
领导现有测试设备的改进工作，包括旧夹具的重新设计和新产品、新工艺的新工位改装。
5.Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports. Use data to reduce false failures and tester downtime.
分析和解释测试数据，准备技术报告。使用数据减少错误故障和测试仪停机时间。
6.Monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Test Efficiency, Tester Intermittencies, Electrical Defects, and overall Tester performance.

7.Initiate all the documentations for new line test equipments in preventive maintenance in new line set up phase.
在新线建设阶段，启动新线测试设备预防性维护的所有文件。
8.Master PC data management, make data backup for Master PC&Vision&Function, analyze the log file if test equipments in problems.
主控电脑数据管理，为主控电脑、视觉和功能进行数据备份，如果测试设备出现问题，分析日志文件。
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
主管或经理交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and electrical integrity region.
电子或电气相关专业本科学历。
2.5 years relevant test engineering experience, automotive industry equipment maintenance experience is preferred..
5年相关测试工程经验，有汽车行业设备维修经验者优先。
3.Good communication skills and team work spirit. Good English read and writing skills, oral English is also preferred.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。良好的英语读写能力，英语口语更佳。
4.Capable read the electrical drawing, have a strong knowledge of testing.
能看懂电气图纸，有较强的测试知识。
5.Advanced computer skills, including test software application (Such as Labview), high level computer languages (Such as C++).
高级计算机技能，包括测试软件应用（如Labview）、高级计算机语言（如C++）。
6.Experienced in Master PC and Client PC communication production line type is preferred.
有主PC和客户端PC通讯生产线经验者优先。
7.Experienced in new test design and setup or has similar project experience.
