Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Carry out efficient testing activities to test the function, performance and safety of products;
实施高效的测试活动，对产品进行功能，性能，安全等测试；
2.Defect analysis, repair and follow up
不良品分析、维修和跟踪；
3.Complete basic report filling, and preliminary analysis and summary of test and maintenance results;
完成基础报表填写，并对测试维修结果进行初步分析和总结；
4.Test equipment reasonable use and maintenance, and train production personnel on equipment use and maintenance.
测试设备的合理使用和维护，和培训生产人员对设备的使用和维护。
5.Work closely with up and back station, ensure product testing and maintenance smoothly, and take apart in quality improvement, raise proposals on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
与前后段紧密协作，保证产品测试，维修流程顺畅，配合质量提高改善，提出降本增效建议；
6.Assist engineers to complete some test verification, engineering change follow-up and other work.
协助工程师完成一些测试验证，工程变更跟进等一系列工作
7.Follow rules and regulations of company, complete temporary tasks assigned.
服从公司各项规章制度，完成公司交办的临时工作任务.
Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Technical secondary school or above, major in electronics related
中专以上学历，电子相关专业。
2.Familiar with basic knowledge of electronics, able to do failure analysis of defective products in functional test.
熟练掌握电子基础知识，能够对功能测试不良品做失效分析。
3.Skilled use of soldering iron, heat gun and other maintenance tools
熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪等维修工具。
4. Can use multimeter, oscilloscope and other test instruments.
会使用万用表、示波器等测试仪器。
5. Proficient in office software
熟练使用office办公软件。
6. More than 2 years working experience in electronics factory is preferred.
有电子厂2年以上电子技术相关工作经验优先。
