负责APQP相关新项目产品质量，内部过程和产品质量控制，客户质量问题处理，以满足客户要求。推动产品质量持续改进，维护IATF16949认证的质量体系，以持续满足客户的要求，支持推动公司业务。 In charge of new project APQP related product quality, internal proccess & product quality control, customer quality issue handling to satisfying customer requirement. Drive product quality continuously improvement and maintain IATF16949 certificated quality system to meet cusotmer requirment, support & promote company business persistently. 1. 新项目产品质量策划，参与APQP团队，识别客户质量要求并建立产品控制计划，MQI等文件并在在现场实施. New project quality planning and a team member of APQP activity of quality function and finalize customer PPAP requirement, such as Control Plan, MQI etc, and implement on site. 2. 过程质量监控和问题处理及纠正预防措施的确立, 负责控制计划的实施及结果跟踪。负责对所负责区域隔离产品的跟进及相关改进措施. Process Quality monitoring, handle & track related quality issue & corrective action. Responsible to handle & track MB stock till done. 3. 参与及优化产品质量持续改进，其中包括执行质量体系内部审核、过程审核及产品审核及跟进相关产品质量持续改进措施. Participate & optimize product quality continue improvement, including perform internal system audit, process audit and product audit and track related improvement corrective actions. 4. 客户质量问题处理，负责与客户的相关问题沟通、调查及准备8D报告或客户格式的8D报告，并及时跟客户保持有效沟通；同时对内部制定的相关改善措施进行跟进确认。 Customer issue handling, lead to communciate with customer effective & in time, investigagte and prepare 8D or customer version 8D report etc. and follow up internal corrective acitons till done. 5. 配合SQE对现场及客户端发现的供应商问题、不良原材料及时处理。 Support SQE to handle supplier issue which found at WIP or customer side disposal in time. 6. 负责对所管理产品的控制计划及相关质量检验文件进行编制、更新及培训相关质量及产线人员, 确保他们理解质量控制文件及有效地执行质量控制. 准备所负责区域的月度质量报告. Responsible for product line owned to make / update Control Plan and related quality documentation, training QC and production people to ensure better understand quality control and implement effective. Prepare responsible area monthly report for internal quality /customer quality. 7. 接受直属上司或公司管理层安排的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by Direct Superior and/or Management. 学历及专业要求Education and Major 必须有经认可的机械工程学位 Must have degree or equivalent mechanical Engineering degree from recognized college. 相关工作经验要求Relevant working experience 至少三年以上质量管理系统的经验，熟悉APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA及顾客投诉处理。 Proven minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, customer complaint handling. 具备汽车行业经验优先 Have Automotive industrial experience is preferred 有过程质量和客户质量的经历优先 Have Process Quality and customer quality experience is preferred. 有冲压或金属件组装的经验优先 Have working experience in Stamping and Assembly of steep product is preferred. 技能&知识&语言要求Skills, Knowledge & Language 语言能力：普通话/英语（熟练） Language Skills: Mandarin/English Preferable APQP PPAP 知识 APQP,PPAP knowledge 过程管理和分析，测量系统分析的知识 SPC,CPK, MSA,FMEA Skill 客户投诉处理和回复知识 Customer Complain, 8D,PDCA. 基本管理知识 QC7 tools QC 供应商管理经验 Have Skill of Supplier management 了解6σ，精益生产，5S，IATF16949，ISO14001（更佳） Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, IATF16949，ISO 14001 preferred. 专项技能上岗证Specialized License 办公自动化以及流利英语交流能力 Ms office /Fluent English communication skills IATF内审员认证优先 IATF internal Audit certificate is preferred 注册工程师 Certificate of QE is preferred
