The work location for this postion will be Suzhou SIP Campus. Textbook Operation Officer is mainly to deal with the entire work related textbook, offering support for all University students and academic staff, and to keep the textbook affairs runs smoothly and efficiently. 1. Deal with the textbook operation twice per academic year, including: textbook requests collecting, stock management, track and check the textbooks’ status, textbook distribution; 2. Respond to emails or telephones queries about textbook issues from academic staff and students; 3. Participate in planning and carrying out textbook projects and textbook service policies; 4. Serve as back-up to bookshop operation officer as needed, e.g., checking materials in and out, daily operation procedures, etc. 5. Assist in the publish projects as needed; 6. Trainee recruitment and management; 7. Undertake other duties related to the role as required by Team Leader. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in management discipline, sourcing or/and supply chain; 2. At least 1 year related working experiences in stock management, book ordering process, understand government rules on book importing. Required Competencies and Skills:
