· Good leadship to drive Customer Fcous team.

· Excellent English language both in oral and written.
· Excellent negotiation skill to balance Scanfil and customer needs.

Job Responsibility
· Manage and develop relationships with defined customer.(KPI:customer satisfaction)
· Lead and drive CFT team with customer product claim, delivery, NPI and so on.
· Bring and sharing the information from customers to internal and taking care that it has been understood and related action fulfilled.
· Make sure product prices are up-to-date, order/forecasts are verified and correct processed in company.(KPI:customer wanted delivery OTD)
· Make accurate monthly forecast and comparison from actual to frozen sales plan.
· Do well customer master, and make excellent business development strategy to explore new business and expand existed business.(KPI:Customer gross margin)
· Take care product ramp-up, ramp-down and version change to minimum the material excess/obsolete risk.(KPI:material ITO/DOS)
