1、喜欢销售的工作, 有创新精神和工作热情; Enjoy sales work, creative spirit and work enthusiasm;
2、大专及以上学历,专业不限; College degree or above, major not limited;
3、三年以上的汽车行业或者金属加工行业市场销售工作经验。有铝挤压,新能源行业工作背景优先。 More than 3 years metal processing industries or automotive sales/marketing experience. Working background in extrusion, Electricity mobility is preferred.
4、善于交流沟通, 能独立工作,解决问题; Good communication skills, able to work independently and solve problems;
5、 有一定的英语口语及书面交流能力; Basic ability in oral English and also on written;
6、市场分析和数据分析能力。 Ability of market analysis and data analysis.
工作职责:
1、完成公司每年设定的销量和利润目标, 协助财务回收货款。 Achieve the annual sales volume and profit targets set by the company and assist Financial department to collect payment for goods.
2、结合公司的产品和市场状况, 开拓新的业务, 包括已有客户的新增业务, 以及开发新的客户带来的业务增长和需求新的市场机会。 Based on the company's products and market conditions, strive to develop new business, not only the new business of existing customers, but also the business growth brought by the development of new customers and the demand for new market opportunities.
3、维护现有客户的业务, 提升客户的满意度, 做好客户与公司的信息沟通工作, 解决日常业务中的问题 Maintain the business of existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, communicate information between customers and company, and solve problems in daily business.
4、在技术工艺项目团队支持下组织报价,并组织各项技术交流,从报价到实现订单之间积极争取。 Prepare offer to customers with support of technical and project team. Follow up from offer to business realization.
5、关注和收集目标市场的变化, 了解竞争对手的动态,发现新的市场应用。 Pay attention to and collect the changes of the target market and understand the dynamics of competitors. Discover new market applications.
